McCauley-created Design Guidelines not only define the Developer’s vision for the community, they also set the minimum requirements, establish standards and explain those standards and requirements in detail. There’s nothing off-the-shelf in what we do. Our Guidelines are detailed and easy to follow, complete with photos, exhibits, and project-specific content and leaving little room for questions or confusion.
