Architecture Control
A positive and productive working relationship with your Builders can be difficult when both parties cannot find agreeable grounds. This is where McCauley’s value-add is best leveraged — enforcing the Builder Guidelines and community standards that keeps your Builder relationship positive and productive.
Without McCauley on your side, some of the most challenging characteristics of the Architectural Review Process you’ll face include:
Maintaining Builder relationships
Project structure and organization
Cost effectiveness
Control over processes and record keeping
Time investment for quality assurance

About ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL
Our streamlined tracking systems address these and other challenges head on. We ensure all information is up to date and is available to the Developer at all times. These systems have been purpose-built to follow each Lot from Pre- to Post-construction, until the newly constructed home is officially turned over to the HOA.
We assign a dedicated Community Coordinator to each project who will review all Submittals. This alleviates the Developer’s need for additional in-house staff. With all review costs as part of the Builders Submittal requirement, there is also no additional cost to the Developer. Upon completion of our review, the Developer gives the final approval on all Submittals unless otherwise requested or noted.

McCauley Final Inspection Process
The McCauley Final Inspection Process ensures your Design Guidelines are thoroughly met and your project vision is entirely realized. Attention to detail is critical, but sometimes this can create rifts in relationships if expectations are not clear and consistent. We serve as that valuable conduit between all stakeholders thus enabling inspection goals to be met without any adverse impact on relationships between Developers and Builders.
We guarantee full compliance of the Design Guidelines by performing thorough on-site inspections for entire communities, home by home. We actively seek out non-compliance discrepancies and, more importantly, resolve them in a timely manner.
When discrepancies are found, our team documents each one to ensure no detail slips through the cracks. We perform a Final Inspection after the home is complete and landscape is installed, before closing, to ensure each issue is addressed well before the buyer closes on to their new property.
We invite you to reach out to our team to learn more about our detailed process.
