McCauley has developed customized systems for all aspects of the construction process to help address compliance issues before homes are built to achieve the desired appearance for each of your communities. We put these systems to work for you to enable you to enforce the Builder Design Guidelines from Master Plan and Site Plan Review to the Final Review of each completed property. Non-compliant items are presented to the Builder for correction until all outstanding discrepancies are fully compliant.
We work with your contracted Builders on all items or issues until the homes are officially turned over to the HOA. Confirming the home is fully compliant prior to HOA transition releases the Builder from future liability of correcting any item the homeowner may have altered or removed.
